Switching to Clarity
Moving from spreadsheets or another HR tool takes about two weeks, and most of the work is ours.
How a switch works
Week one. We import your employee records, leave balances, and payroll history from exports of your current tool. You review the import in your new workspace.
Week two. We run payroll in parallel with your current system for one cycle and reconcile to the rupee or cent. Managers get access, and Clarity Agent is switched on with default routines.
Cutover. You turn off the old tool. Your onboarding manager stays on your account for the first 90 days.
What we need from you
- An export of employees and compensation from your current system
- Your leave policy and holiday calendar
- Access to connect Slack or Google Workspace
