We are building the HR system for teams that grow faster than their admin can keep up.
Clarity HR started from a simple observation: in a fast-growing company, people operations is mostly repetitive work that nobody was hired to do. Someone creates the accounts, chases the signatures, checks the payroll, and answers the same leave question every week.
Modern AI agents can do that work reliably, ask when a human decision is needed, and leave a record of everything. That is what we are building: an HRMS where the system does the admin and your team does the people part.
