Terms of service
The agreement between Clarity HR and the companies that use it.
Draft. This document is a working outline and is not yet in effect. The final version will be published before general availability and reviewed by counsel.
1. The service
Clarity HR provides HR, payroll, and related software to business customers under a subscription. Customers are responsible for the accuracy of the data they provide and for approving actions that affect pay.
2. Accounts and access
Customers control who in their organisation has access and at what permission level. Customers must keep credentials secure and tell us promptly about unauthorised use.
3. Fees
Fees are set out in the order form and billed per employee per month unless agreed otherwise.
4. Data
Customer data remains the property of the customer. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy and the Data Processing Agreement.
5. Termination
Either party may end the agreement at the end of a billing period with notice. On termination, customers can export their data for 60 days.
