What personal data Clarity HR collects, why, and how it is handled.

1. Who we are
Clarity HR operates tryclarityhr.com and the Clarity HR service. For the service, our customers are the data controllers and we act as processor.
2. Data we collect on this website
Information you give us when you request a demo (name, work email, company) and basic usage analytics. We do not sell personal data.
3. Data processed in the service
Employee records, compensation, leave, and documents provided by our customers, processed only on their instructions.
4. Retention
Website enquiry data is kept for 24 months. Service data is kept for the life of the customer agreement and 60 days afterwards for export.
5. Your rights
You may ask what data we hold about you and request correction or deletion by writing to privacy@tryclarityhr.com.
