Clarity API
REST API with token authentication. Read and write people records, pull payroll and leave data for reporting, and trigger routines from your own systems. Webhooks for hires, exits, payroll runs, and leave decisions.
MCP server
Use Clarity from Claude, ChatGPT, or any client that speaks the Model Context Protocol. The server exposes the same actions the Clarity Agent uses, with the same permissions and audit log, so an assistant can look up a balance, draft an offer, or start an onboarding routine on your behalf.
