Access
Single sign-on with Google, Microsoft, and Okta. Role-based permissions down to the field, so a manager sees their team and a finance user sees payroll, and nobody sees more than their role requires.
Audit
Every action, whether taken by a person or by Clarity Agent, is recorded with who, what, and when. The agent asks before any action that changes pay, and the approval is part of the record.
Data protection
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Backups are taken daily and tested. Production access is limited to named engineers and logged.
